Our Promise
If mold grows back in an area we remediated within 12 months of the job being completed, we come back and re-treat that area at no charge.
Mold comes back when the water does, so the warranty is built around the areas we treated and the moisture source we found. Your written scope of work lists both, and the warranty terms are printed on your invoice.
What Is Covered
- Regrowth inside the areas listed in your written scope of work
- Labor, containment, HEPA filtration and materials for the re-treatment
- A follow-up inspection of the treated area when you report regrowth
What Is Not Covered
- New water events after the job, such as new leaks, floods, burst pipes, or roof and foundation failures
- Areas that were not part of the written scope of work
- A moisture source we identified in writing that was not repaired
- Surface mildew caused by indoor humidity kept above about 60%
How to Make a Claim
Call us within the 12 months with the job address and date, and we will schedule an inspection. Keep your invoice: the warranty terms are printed on it.
