Our Story
Gettysburg Mold Remediation Pros works on one thing: mold in buildings in and around Gettysburg, PA. Not restoration in general, not remodeling with mold on the side. One trade, run from our office at 129 Chambersburg St.
That focus came from what we kept finding. Mold here is rarely a mystery once you look for the water: a stone foundation wicking damp, a bath fan venting into an attic, a downspout dumping against the wall. Plenty of companies will clean the stain and leave the cause in place. We would rather measure the moisture, name the cause in writing, and let you decide what to do about it.

Home improvement contractors in Pennsylvania must register with the Attorney General under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA). Ask for the registration number of any contractor you are considering, us included, and check it on the Attorney General lookup before you sign.
Mold Remediation Certifications
Individual technician certificates are not listed here yet, so we do not claim them on this site. Our process follows the IICRC S520 standard, the industry reference for assessing, containing, and removing mold, alongside U.S. EPA mold guidance. Ask whoever quotes your job, us included, to show current certificates before work starts.
Liability Insurance
We carry liability insurance for every job we take. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we will send it before work starts if you ask.
1-Year Mold Remediation Warranty
